Cancellation Policy

If YOU cancel or change:

Due to the extensive preparation cost and coordination required to organize a retreat we do not offer refunds for deposits. If you require to cancel or change dates for any reason, please review the following.

Cancelling 2 weeks or more prior to the retreat date %100 of your deposit will be transferred to another date within 1 year of the original retreat date.
Cancelling within 2 weeks of your retreat, your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancelling within 24 hours of the retreat you will forfeit the full price of the retreat.

Should CAYA Sanctuary cancel a retreat, we will refund %100 of paid funds.

Compensation for airfare, hotel or other travel expenses will not be refunded.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a retreat due to forces outside of our control (i.e. inclement weather, natural disaster, political upheaval, pandemic, epidemic, etc.) refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued at CAYA Sanctuary's sole discretion only. CAYA Sanctuary reserves the right to apply your paid funds to a future retreat.
