Six weeks prior and post ceremony: Cease the use of any street drugs. Completely stop any SSRI’s or supplements/herbs that affect serotonin. Four weeks prior and post ceremony: Stop the use of Cannabis for a minimum of 30 days to completely clear your system. It can inhibit visions and cause distortions in the energy. Two weeks prior and post ceremony: Be mindful of the media you ingest, including anything that is meant to induce strong emotions or portrayals of traumatic events (violence, stress, sadness, etc.). These energies can influence your ceremony experience. Alcohol, protein bars, powders, shakes, and supplements should also be avoided. One week prior and post ceremony: Stop sexual activity, including masturbation, to allow your energy to be strong, clear, and purely yours. If you are in a committed relationship, aim for a minimum of three days. Focus on consuming clean, nourishing meals, with chicken, white fish, and eggs being excellent protein options. Eliminate or adjust the following: No red meat, pork, turkey, tuna, or salmon; no dairy; no refined sugars (candy & high fructose corn syrup); no junk food; no citrus; no carbonation (soda, seltzers, energy drinks); no fermented foods or drinks (Kombucha, non-alcoholic beer, kimchi, sauerkraut); no aspartame; no chocolate; minimize salt intake; and avoid seed or canola oils—opting instead for olive, avocado, or coconut oil. Consider switching to decaf, green tea, or eliminating caffeine intake to avoid headaches on ceremony days. On the day of the ceremony: Please eat; fasting is not recommended. Nourish yourself with clean, healthy foods for the journey. Avoid spicy and greasy or fried foods, and refrain from eating after 12 PM. Drink only water, coconut water, or plain non-caffeinated herbal tea after lunch. Post ceremony: Continuing to adhere to the diet guidelines in reverse will allow the medicine to continue working, healing, and aligning your system to its fullest capacity, enhancing your spiritual retreat experience.

Healthy breakfast ingredients including oats, fruits, nuts, honey, and juice.

We are here to walk with you.

Priming your system for deep healing and profound spiritual connection during your spiritual retreat calls for commitment and dedication. It is imperative to understand that what we take into our systems—whether through food, medications, supplements, or the media we consume—has a significant energetic impact. Following proper diet guidelines and cleaning our vessel allows for the clarity, lessons, and knowledge from the Divine to flow in without distortion. The preparation process is also a way of honoring and showing reverence for the opportunity to commune with the sacrament.

Intentions are key to guiding the ceremony; it's like putting an address into your spiritual GPS.

Intention questions to consider:

- What do I want to release, be relieved of, or let go of?

- What am I calling in, reclaiming, or wanting to embody?

You will be fully supported along the preparation path. We will provide supplemental materials that will give guidance, direction, and suggestions.

Group and One-on-One Support

Integration is a vital part of healing your mind and connecting with your spirit. This process of integration not only involves incorporating the lessons, teachings, and wisdom learned into our lives but can also be supported by following diet guidelines that nourish both body and mind. The goal is not perfection; in fact, shortcomings are often the greatest teachers. The purpose is to steadily increase our awareness of thoughts, emotions, words, and actions, while exploring ways to change them and better ourselves. To fully claim the rewards of this work, we must learn to be authentic, real, and transparent with ourselves and others. The ability to share with an open heart and to be fully seen, in a safe and respectful way, is one of the most valuable offerings we can make to ourselves.

Consider doing some, or all, of the following to support your integration process:

- Connection and Community

- Be in nature

- Journal

- Prayer

- Meditation

- Yoga

- Breathwork

- Creating and Art

- Gardening and connect with plants

For those seeking further support, consider joining our spiritual retreat or participating in virtual group integration via Zoom:

- Tuesdays @ 5pm (PST)

- Wednesdays @ 6pm (PST)

One-on-one integration sessions are also available by appointment (email for scheduling):
